About The Break Off
The Break Off is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. We're a recovery-focused fitness community dedicated to helping people rise, recover, and thrive through the power of movement and connection.
Membership
Eligibility
To become a member, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement. By registering for membership, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Account Registration
When you create an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information as needed
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Membership Fees and Billing
Membership fees are billed according to your selected plan (monthly or annual). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms.
Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to member benefits until your membership expires.
Code of Conduct
As a member of our community, you agree to:
- Treat all members, staff, and volunteers with respect and dignity
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for all participants
- Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
- Follow all facility rules and program guidelines
- Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members
- Not engage in illegal activities on our premises or during our programs
- Support the recovery and well-being of fellow community members
Violation of our Code of Conduct may result in suspension or termination of your membership without refund.
Health and Safety
Assumption of Risk
Participation in fitness activities and programs involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury. By participating in our programs, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks.
Health Representations
You represent that you are physically able to participate in the activities offered and have consulted with a healthcare provider if you have any medical conditions that may affect your participation. You agree to inform our staff of any relevant health conditions.
Waiver of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless The Break Off, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, and agents from any claims, damages, or liability arising from your participation in our programs and use of our facilities.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of The Break Off or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
User Content
If you submit content to our website or social media (such as testimonials, photos, or comments), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content for promotional and operational purposes.
