Veterans Program
You spent years operating with structure, purpose, and a team that had your back. Then you came home and all of it disappeared overnight. The Veteran Program was built to give you back what the military gave you — mission, camaraderie, and a reason to show up every day — without the uniform. This is your new unit.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Training that feels familiar. Structure that makes sense. And a crew that understands what it means to serve, sacrifice, and struggle with what comes after. Our Veteran Program combines functional fitness, strength training, and conditioning in a format that mirrors the intensity and accountability you're used to — adapted for wherever you are now.
But this isn't just about the workouts. It's about having a place where you don't have to explain yourself. Where "I'm fine" doesn't fly and nobody lets you disappear. The gym becomes the barracks. The people beside you become your squad. And the work you put in becomes the mission you've been missing.
HOW IT WORKS
Veterans train together in dedicated sessions designed to build physical strength and community connection simultaneously. Sessions are led by coaches who understand military culture — many with their own service backgrounds. Programming scales to meet you wherever you are, whether you're still in peak shape or haven't trained in years.
The program also connects veterans with peer support, mental health resources, and community events. We know the transition to civilian life doesn't just affect your body — it affects everything. So we address everything.
WHO THIS IS FOR
Active duty, reserve, guard, and veterans of any branch and any era. Whether you're dealing with PTSD, struggling with the transition to civilian life, battling substance use, or just looking for a community that gets it — this program is for you. Spouses and family members are welcome too, because we know service affects the whole family.
OUTCOMES
Veterans who engage consistently report improved mental health, reduced isolation, stronger physical fitness, and a renewed sense of purpose. Many go on to become mentors and leaders within The Break Off community — proving that the skills forged in service never really go away. They just need a new mission.
