Kim Ortega

As a board member Dr. Kim Ortega serves as Treasurer, raises funds and helps to build a successful, strong Break Off community. She is a clinical audiologist and is also the owner of Whittier Hearing Center, Inc. and is the cofounder of the Whittier Hearing Angel Foundation. Driven by a deep sense of purpose and a desire to save lives, Kim is a sober advocate who brings to The Break Off a wealth of personal experience since starting her own sober journey in 2023. She has previously served as a board member for various organizations, including local chapters of Soroptimist International and National Charity League. With a love for movement, she enjoys running, weightlifting, pilates, pole dancing, yoga, shibari and hiking.
