The Break Off empowers justice-impacted adults and youth, veterans, and individuals recovering from addiction through “Movement is Medicine” and building community through fitness.
HIRE has supported more than 3,425 residents through workforce development, job placement, financial education, mental-health and substance-use support, case management, and peer mentorship.
