Sound Bath

A sound bath is a meditative experience where you lie back, close your eyes, and let waves of sound wash over you. There's nothing to do and nowhere to be — just rest while the tones do the work.
Using crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and gentle percussion, our facilitator guides you through layered, resonant sound designed to slow your breath, settle your thoughts, and move you into a state of deep relaxation. Many people describe it as the most rest they've had in weeks.
This practice pairs naturally with recovery and rebuilding. When the body is constantly bracing, the nervous system never fully stands down. A sound bath is a chance to let go of that tension — to feel held, grounded, and quiet for an hour.
What to expect
- Arrive a few minutes early to get settled
- We'll provide mats, but feel free to bring a blanket, pillow, or anything that helps you get comfortable
- Wear loose, cozy clothing
- The full experience runs about an hour; you'll spend most of it lying down
